    the last year and my dishwasher was having the same problems.. I waited to write this review to see that everything still works properly ..5 months later.. and my dishes and silverware look spotless..i will only use Jensen appliances in the future for any of my needs!!     This is the best company I have dealt with in a long time. The appointment was made within a day. The option Times was excellent. Eric arrived within the time frame. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He didn't have a part with him and he came right back with it which I thought was good because other companies always have to order it and you wait up to two weeks. I would highly recommend this company.

    Cory solved our ice maker problem which made my husband happy. Jensen Appliances worked with Whirlpool to cover this under a warranty claim even though my refrigerator was technically one month past the year mark. That made me more than happy! Will call them again.

    We had a GE dishwasher that was under warranty. The indicator light stopped working. The technician (Sean) seemed to really know what he was doing. Once the part came in, he quickly switched it out with the old circuit board and pointed out where the previous one had shorted out. We've run a few cycles since then, and everything seems to be working good now.
